This property will be constructed in the  village of Agia Triada , a place with strong elements of Cretan life and culture.The plot is located at the edge of the village with panoramic views as far as the bay of Souda.

From the veranda you will be able to enjoy the view of one of the most beautiful features of Rethimnon , the old Venetian fortress. The view towards the sea is unique.

The property will be constructed with traditional materials but with strict adherence to very high standards such as thermal insulation. The wooden framed  bonds beautifully with the environment.

This traditional house will consist of two bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom and an open plan, living room, dining room  and kitchen. Electrical goods, furniture, wardrobes and cooker are not included in the construction, so that in cooperation with our architects you can design this to cover your needs and your personal preferences.
